We treat your property investment as if it were ours, we talk to you about our findings and consult with you, and we love what we do. We inspect the general structural components and systems of the home based on the Standards of Practice, but it's more than that. 

• If we find evidence of past or present pest and dry rot wood destroying organisms (WDO), other pests or rodents it will be on our report and we'll talk to you about it.
• If we find evidence of mold it will be on our report and we'll talk to you about it.
• If we find evidence of asbestos, and/or lead based paint, typically present in homes built before 1979, it will be on our report and we'll talk to you about it.
• Appliance recall checks - although we cannot possibly find every recall that exists, as a courtesy we perform a cursory check for product recalls with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CSPC). Recalled appliances will be replaced for free.
• Infrared scans, as additional tool to verify concerns around heat or cooling loss, moisture intrusion and energy efficiency issues. 
• Combustible gas detection, moisture meters and other tools are used to verify concerns as needed.
• We perform short-term radon testing with continuous monitors as an add-on or separate service.​
• We provide a free home maintenance manual with every inspection.
• Comprehensive inspection reports are promptly delivered electronically with state-of-the-art inspection software.​
